About the Training
Over the past two decades, the job of selling has undergone a major change. Swimming pool sales has been one of the areas most affected by this change in consumer attitudes and behavior. It is no longer viable to take a short-range approach to your customers. To be successful today, you must think in terms of the Lifetime Value of a Customer. This means that you must sell pools with both referrals and profits in mind.

Old School Sales Tricks won't work anymore. Successful sellers today approach selling with precision and professionalism. In this program you will learn how to use the latest research from psychology to read people and predict behavior. This will give you a strategic advantage as you interview, persuade and negotiate.

Each class is unique. The maximum class size is 10 students, to assure that you receive the personal attention you need to thoroughly understand the concepts and principles presented. The class is held in the hotel's Executive Suite giving us the comfort we need to go from 9AM until 7PM. It also more closely resembles the environment in which the skills you learn will be used. The class itself is only the beginning, it is the combination of tools and coaching that assure the success of every participant. Some succeed more than others and their degree of success is always directly related to their willingness to use the resources provided.

As you can see, this is a totally comprehensive program based upon my 22 years of pool selling experience and utilizing everything I could borrow from our sister industries such as RV and yacht sales.
